这个是焦糖味的,我将连接的方子贴在下面。其实可以做成很多不同口味的,我比较古板,还是喜欢焦糖味的,特别香甜。这个做起来很方便,拿去爬梯肯定受大众欢迎!
1 cup butter 2 cups brown sugar (我减半) 1/2 cup corn syrup 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5 quarts popped popcorn (这个提前POP好,我还试过用隔夜的来做,也不错)
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (95 degrees C). Place popcorn in a very large bowl. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir inbrown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boilwithout stirring 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla. Pourin a thin stream over popcorn, stirring to coat. Place in two large shallow baking dishes and bake inpreheated oven, stirring every 15 minutes, for 1 hour. Remove from oven and letcool completely before breaking into pieces. 我发现:如果想脆一点的烤长一点时间,如果想chewy一点就少烤些。
椰丝口味的做起来也很相似的,只是将椰丝预先烤一下(4-5分钟,然后翻面后再3-4分钟,这个要看紧一点,各家烤箱不一样),然后糖浆与焦糖的很相似。
