我是用这个方子的:
Ingredients - 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (我没放)
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg (我还加了点姜粉)
- 2 cups sugar ( 减半)
- 1-1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) unsalted butter, softened, plus more for greasing the pan (用了半杯植物油,半杯苹果酱替代)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 15-ounce can 100% pure pumpkin (我是用自己蒸的瓜泥,要注意水分,我的水分有点多了)
一般人做成LOAF,我一般更喜欢做成小杯,350度,30分钟,要根据batter 的浓稠度和自己烤箱的温度调整时间。
做成小杯子省了切面包的麻烦,储存也方便些。
