就和宁不俗,要饼干帖子
俺献4个方子,我经常用的,希望大家喜欢。
1)香酥饼干,我做的最多,最简单。不用电动搅拌器。以前写过详细流程的

2)燕麦饼干。有胡萝卜等太健康食材,无糖,(但有枫糖),不用电动搅拌器
1 c (98g) instant oats (gluten-free if necessary),燕麦
¾ c (90g) whole wheat or gluten-free* flour (measured correctly),全麦面粉
1 ½ tsp (5g) baking powder
1 ½ tsp (3g) ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp (1g) salt
2 tbsp (28g) coconut oil or unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 large egg, room temperature
1 tsp (5mL) vanilla extract
½ c (120mL) maple syrup
¾ c (68g) grated carrots (about 1 smallish medium)
In a medium bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, egg, and vanilla. Stir in the maple syrup until thoroughly incorporated. Add in the flour mixture, stirring just until incorporated. Fold in the carrots. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes. (If chilling longer, cover with plastic wrap, ensuring it touches the entire surface of the cookie dough.)
Preheat the oven to 325°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat.
Drop the cookie dough into 15 rounded scoops on the baking sheet. (If chilled longer than 1.5 hours, flatten slightly.) Bake at 325°F for 12-15 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for at least 15 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack.

3/4 cup (180 ml) brown sugar
3 tablespoons (45 ml) cocoa powder
1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
2 个鸡蛋
2-3根(1 cup)熟透的香蕉泥。
1/4 cup (60 ml) 牛奶
3/4 cup (180 ml) chocolate chips
1/4 cup (60 ml) 烤熟的核桃或花生碎。

4)马德琳,Madeleines,需要一个Madeleine烤盘
75克 all purpose flour,
2 个鸡蛋
90 克白糖
1/4 茶匙盐
1tsp vanilla extract
60克黄油,室温软化
用少量黄油涂抹烤盘.
做法:Mixer将鸡蛋和糖打匀至粘稠,加香草精打匀,筛入面粉,拌入黄油。倒入烤盘2/3满。烤箱预热190摄氏度,烤10分钟即可。
