这是我家小贝自己做的蓝莓麦芬。
原料: 2 cups all-purposeflour 1 cup packed brownsugar ¾ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 1 egg 1 cup buttermilk ¼ cup butter,melted 1 tsp vanilla ½ tsp grated lemonrind 1 cup fresh orfrozen wild blueberries Streusel: 1/3 cup packedbrown sugar ¼ cup all-purposeflour ¼ tsp gratednutmeg or cinnamon 2 tbsp butter,melted
做法: Streusel: In bowl, stirtogether brown sugar, flour and nutmeg; drizzle with butter, tossing with fork,Set aside. In large bowl,whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. In small bowl, whisktogether egg, buttermilk, butter, vanilla and lemon rind. Pour over dryingredients; stir twice. Sprinkle with blueberries; stir just until dryingredients are moistened (don’t overmix). Spoon into greasedor paper-lined muffin cups; sprinkle with streusel. Bake in center of 375F overuntil tops are firm to the touch, 26 minutes.
